From youngsters making sense of their world, or teenagers coping with fast changing needs, or adults aiming to manage our own emotions, Emotion Coaching is a strategy for helping people of all ages to self-regulate and manage their stress responses. It involves sharing our thoughts and feelings about how we can make changes for the better.
